    Our chairs are classified as "used like new." We take pride in ensuring that all mechanical components of the chairs are in impeccable condition, guaranteeing a fully functional and comfortable seating experience for our customers.
  • What sizes are available?
    Sizes A, B, and C are available for both the Herman Miller Aeron Remastered and Herman Miller Classic. Choose the size that best suits your comfort needs.
  • Is there any warranty on these chairs?
    Enjoy peace of mind with our 12 months warranty on all Pre-Loved Aerons by Eltru. Covered components include chair cylinder and castors. Please note that this warranty does not apply to seating or arms. For warranty enquiry, email us at sales@eltru.com with your order number.
  • How long does it take to ship it to my address?
    Your chair will typically arrive between 2 to 5 business days. We ship all orders via FedEx, and you'll receive a tracking number for real-time updates on your delivery.
  • How can I pick it up in person?
    For in-person pickup, visit our furniture store at 958 Church Street, Baldwin, NY. Simply go to the "Store Pickup" menu option to schedule your pickup and finalize your order.
